RATES, PAYMENT TERMS & FREQUENT STAY PROGRAMME

A 10% deposit is required to secure a reservation with the balance to be paid as follows:

• 50% (40% if 10% deposit has been previously paid) to be made 60 days prior to arrival date.


• Final 50% to be made 30 days prior to arrival date.

A security deposit of £ 300 is required to cover any damage caused during stay. The deposit is refunded after departure assuming no damage has been caused.

Cancellation

If the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to arrival than a 25% cancellation / administration fee is payable.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival a 75% cancellation fee is payable. However, should it be possible to obtain a new Client for the period cancelled then only a 25% cancellation / administration fee will be charged.

Frequent Stay Programme

To benefit those Clients who wish to stay at the property regularly, La Paregude offers a Frequent Stay Programme. Stay for 5 weeks (or months) and get the 6th week (or month) free.

The only conditions are:

• The accumulated 5 weeks (or months) and the free week (or month) occur within a total period of 6 years – so you can stay once a week each year and get the 6 th year free.


• The free week is within the same rate period as the accumulated weeks or during a lower rate period. For example if you stay during August (rate A) each year for the accumulated weeks your free week can also be in the rate A period or any other lower rate period. However, if you were to accumulate your weeks during May (rate C) your free week can be taken during rate periods C & D but not rate periods A & B. Should weeks be accumulated during different rate periods than the free week can be taken during whichever the rate period the majority of the stays were taken or within a lower rate period.


• The free week is subject to availability.


• The accumulated 5 weeks are at the weekly rate.
