The house is located high on the valley side above the River Lot and below the house, lower in the valley, is the village of Montbrun. From the garden you will see the Chateau of Montbrun below you.

You will be able to enjoy a relaxed evening at the enclosed sun room with stunning views of the River Lot valley. The sun room is air conditioned should the days become warmer in the summer.

But if you can pull yourselves a little further away from the peace and tranquility of the house you have the beautiful town of Figeac just 20 minutes away (fabulous market on a Saturday morning), the highly celebrated village of St Cirq Lapopie just 25 minutes away and Cahors a 50 minute drive.

The renowned medieval village of Rocamadour in the north of the region is perched on a limestone cliff overlooking the River Alzou.
